Overview Job Skills / Requirements Schedule: Monday-Saturday from 9pm -1:30 AM Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and professional Day Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at Ourisman Alexandria Kia. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently while supporting a high-traffic automotive dealership environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of showroom floors, customer waiting areas, sales offices, restrooms, and employee common areas Perform light janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces Ensure customer-facing areas remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day Monitor and restock restroom and facility supplies as needed Respond promptly to cleaning requests, spills, and facility maintenance needs Support a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for customers, visitors, and staff Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning protocols Qualifications Previous porter, janitorial, custodial, or dealership cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light to moderate weight during shifts Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service standards Additional Information / Benefits
