This position is essential to our mission of fostering a caring community and empowering adults to reach their full potential. Direct Care Associates work across a variety of programs for adults, including developmental disability residential and day programs, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF), adult mental health residential programs, and residential substance use programs serving non-pregnant women, pregnant women, and recently postpartum women and their infants. By providing individualized, compassionate care, Direct Care Associates help promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being for the adults we serve.
