PT Customer Service/Data Entry

**Customer Service/Data Entry Part-Time** **BSP Trans, Inc.** has been providing the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont areas with outstanding LTL transportation services since 1970. At BSP, our team consists of a six-terminal network across our coverage area to ensure swift deliveries for customers. **We have immediate openings for our Customer Service/Data Entry position** **Part-Time - Mon thru Fri - 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM** **$21.65 Per hour** **What you will do on a typical day:** - Handle customer inquiries - Provide information about the products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns - Document and update customer records based on interactions - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services - Answering incoming calls from customers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries of freight to both commercial and residential customers - Data entry of customers’ information for scheduling and tracking of freight within the BSP system - Light cleaning and office upkeep ​**What you need at a minimum to succeed at BSP:** - Must have a successful completion of a county level background check during onboarding - Previous experience in customer service, sales, data entry, or other related fields - Ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to work in a face paced environment - Positive and professional demeanor - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong verbal and written communications skills - The ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously - Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products - Previous experience in transportation or related field Proudly family-owned and operated since 1882.
