We are seeking passionate and mission-driven Clinical Psychologists who are licensed through PSYPACT to join our elite group of trauma therapists that provide best-in-class care to survivors. ### **Why Practice at Nema?** - **Unparalleled Professional Growth:** Receive extensive internal training and **weekly CPT technique supervision directly from Dr. Kate Chard**, co-inventor of CPT. - **Clinical Excellence & Rigor:** Participate in cutting-edge research, program development, and receive ongoing mentorship from renowned national clinical leaders. - **True Impact:** Deliver highly effective, intensive care to survivors who deserve the most compassionate, evidence-based treatment available. ## **Role Overview** This is a fully remote, full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the **Clinical Supervisor**. - **The Intensive Care Model:** To maximize recovery, patients are seen multiple times a week for the duration of their treatment (approximately 6 weeks). - **Direct Patient Care Expectation:** 26 hours per week dedicated to face-to-face clinical sessions. - **Hiring Practice:** We hire on a rolling basis, continuously reviewing applications and onboarding exceptional therapists as our clinic expands nationally. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Clinical Care & Excellence** - **Assessment & Triage:** Conduct thorough, precise patient diagnostic evaluations and effectively triage patients to Nema’s intensive programs or coordinate appropriate external referrals based on clinical need. - **Evidence-Based Treatment:** Deliver high-fidelity CPT and other evidence-based psychotherapies tailored for PTSD and co-occurring conditions. - **Risk Management:** Confidently manage clinical risk, demonstrate strong crisis-intervention skills, and execute care escalations with precision when necessary. - **Group Facilitation:** Lead specialized skills groups (e.g., DBT skills groups) for graduates of CPT to support long-term healing. - **Care Coordination:** Partner collaboratively with the administrative team on logistics, external referrals, and direct cross-provider care coordination. - **Documentation:** Maintain meticulous, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and measurement-based care records. ### **Operational Support** - **Team Growth:** Provide strategic input on the recruiting, onboarding, and overall workplace experience of the growing clinical team. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with the Clinical Operations team and Clinical Leadership to optimize processes, elevate quality assurance, and ensure seamless communication. ## **Qualifications** ### **Required Minimum Qualifications** - **Licensure:** Active licensure through PSYPACT. While administrators will assist with licensing, therapists remain responsible for their continuing education (CEs). - **Education & Experience:** - PhD with at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience. - **Clinical & Core Competencies:** - Outstanding "webside" manner, robust diagnostic abilities, and experience working with moderate-to-high-risk patient populations. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized, reliable, and capable of operating autonomously on core clinical duties. ### **Preferred Qualifications** - Prior formal training and certification in **CPT**. - Robust training in **DBT** or other trauma-focused modalities (e.g., Prolonged Exposure, EMDR). - Prior clinical supervisory or management experience. - Experience working within an early-stage, startup, or fast-paced digital health environment. - Willingness to work two days per week from **11:00 AM – 7:30 PM** and three days per week from **9:00 AM – 5:30 PM** in your…
