We are looking for qualified psychologists and mental health professionals based in the Netherlands who would like to join our international network and provide users with flexible, confidential, and high-quality psychological support. As a therapist at ifeel, you will have the opportunity to support patients through two complementary formats: **Video Therapy:** 40-minute online sessions scheduled according to your availability and working languages. **Text Therapy:** Asynchronous written communication that allows for continuous and flexible support. You will become part of a multicultural network of mental health professionals and benefit from evidence-based clinical tools, an experienced Clinical Team, and a continuous flow of patients within your area of expertise. ### Requirements - Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology, preferably with a clinical focus. - Experience providing psychological counselling, psychotherapy, or other mental health services. - Must meet the legal requirements to provide psychological services in the Netherlands. - Registration with the BIG register (if applicable) or membership in the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP) is preferred. - Native or professional proficiency in Dutch (required). - Ability to work independently in a digital environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Cultural competence and experience working with international or multicultural clients are an advantage. ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience with telehealth or online therapy platforms. - Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, or Integrative Therapy. - Proficiency in English and additional languages is an advantage. - **Modern online therapy platform:** Work with advanced digital tools designed to support high-quality psychological care. - **Simplified patient management:** Focus on your patients while we take care of patient acquisition and administrative support.
