We are seeking a Psychiatrist who wants structured outpatient medication management, collaborative teamwork, and leadership growth — without hospital rounding, inpatient responsibilities, or call coverage. If you prefer efficient pacing, strong support systems, and meaningful impact inside an integrated model, this is the role for you. * * * ## **The Practice Model** ### **Structured & Sustainable Schedule** - 5 days per week - 3 in-person clinic days - 2 telehealth days - Outpatient only - No hospital rounding - No inpatient responsibilities - No call coverage ### **Visit Structure** - Focused outpatient medication management - Collaborative support from embedded therapists and care managers This structure allows for efficient, high-quality care delivery while maintaining professional sustainability. * * * ## **What You’ll Do** ### **Deliver Integrated Psychiatric Care** - Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations within a primary care–embedded setting. - Diagnose and manage a range of mental health conditions. - Prescribe and manage medications with structured follow-up. - Provide brief therapeutic interventions when appropriate. * * * ### **Work Within a Fully Integrated Model** - Embedded alongside Primary Care Providers (PCPs). - Collaborate daily with: - On-site therapists - Care managers - Social workers - Medical providers - Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews. - Contribute to coordinated care plans that address both medical and behavioral health needs. * * * ### **Lead & Shape Mental Health Strategy** - Help refine and scale the MindPATH behavioral health platform. - Serve as a clinical leader within the integrated care model. - Support quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking. - Mentor advanced practice providers as the program grows. * * * ### **Documentation & Compliance** - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR. - Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and ethical standards. - Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards. * * * ## **Ideal Fit** You will thrive in this role if you: - Prefer structured outpatient medication management. - Value collaborative, team-based care. - Enjoy working alongside PCPs in an integrated setting. - Appreciate having no hospital or inpatient responsibilities. - Want leadership growth without sacrificing work-life balance. * * * ## **What You Bring** ### **Required Qualifications** - **MD or DO** from an accredited medical school. - Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency. - Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry. - **Active state medical license** (or eligibility). - Strong diagnostic and medication management expertise. - Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (Athena preferred) * * * ### **Preferred Attributes** - Experience in integrated care or collaborative care models. - Comfort with outpatient medication management focus. - Interest in program development and leadership growth. * * * ## **Compensation** - Competitive compensation range: $250-300K*depending on experience* - Performance and leadership incentives available. * * * ## **Why Join EPIC Health & MindPATH?** At EPIC Health, mental health is not siloed — it is foundational to whole-person care.
