**Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner– Correctional facility** **cTrace Solutions is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Orient, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus** Location: Orient, OH Compensation: $85 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus Schedule: Mon-Friday - No weekends/Holidays 20-30 hours per week, must be avail to work w/in the core hours of 7am-5pm Duration: 3 months contract with likelihood of extension **Key responsibilities**: - Conducts mental health and psychopharmacological assessments, formulates diagnoses, and provides appropriate treatment. - Prescribes and manages psychotropic medications, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests. - Provides direct psychiatric care (in-person or via telehealth), including care for patients in crisis. - Collaborates with medical and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, integrated patient care. - Documents clinical encounters and participates in treatment planning, team meetings, and quality improvement activities while maintaining clinical competency. ### Requirements - CPR Certification - Ohio Medical License - Copy of Board Certification - Drug Enforcement Administration certification - COVID vaccine card or exemption letter - ANCC Certificate ### Benefits - $85 per hour, based on experience - $200 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses available - Weekly paychecks Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) option - Note: Benefits eligibility requires a minimum of 30 hours worked per week.
