Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.* **Job Duties & Functions:** - Provide psychological problem identification, crisis interventions, and similar services to assigned patients. - Provide limited case management services to people we serve as needed. - Assist consumers with psychological and social development and rehabilitation. - Coordinate consumer’s use of other WellPower programs and outside community resources. - Coordinate medical care and intervention with other clinical staff and psychiatrist(s). - Draw blood for lab work for patients. - Monitor consumer’s vital signs. - Periodically provide community injections - Administer medications including intramuscular medications. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards. - Participate in team/organization meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required. - Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing. - Perform other duties as assigned. **Requirements & Qualifications:** **LPN** - Graduation from accredited school of nursing. Licensed as a Practical Nurse in good standing with the Board of Nursing of the State of Colorado. **RN** - Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. License must be in good standing. - Minimum two years nursing experience; experience in a behavioral health or outpatient clinic - preferred - Experience with the severe and persistently mentally ill or similar populations strongly preferred. **BSN** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing **Experience** - 1-3 years of experience working with consumers with a serious and persistent mental illness preferred * * * **Work Location:** BHSC Crisis Center 2929 W 10th Ave. Denver, CO 80204. **Shift/Hours:** Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 7:00pm-7:30am **Physical Requirements:** Standing, walking, stooping, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive hand/finger motions, manual dexterity.
