**Location:** Flower Hospital **Department:** Administration **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Status:** Full time **Shift:** Days (United States of America) **Job Summary:** **ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG)** is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Sylvania, Ohio. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and risk assessments. - Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including psychotropic medication management. - Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention. - Collaborate with psychiatrists and an interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. - Document care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Qualifications: - Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). - Current RN license, DEA registration, and BLS certification (ACLS preferred). - Inpatient psychiatry or acute behavioral health experience preferred. - Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
