Join Impact Health PC, where your expertise is valued, and you can make a meaningful impact. **Compensation and Benefits:** - Earning potential: $35,000 - Malpractice insurance provided - License reimbursement and CEU support - Paid training and onboarding - Ongoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult access - Autonomy with Support to deliver independent care with access to physician-level consults. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices - Manage caseload and fulfill psychiatric consultation needs of skilled nursing facility - Provide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment services - Provide psychoeducation and medication education to patients and/or families - Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams - Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours) - Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings **Qualifications:** - Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice. - Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric services, and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations. - Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology - Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
