**Provider ·(MD\DO or APRN)-PRN: Marion County** My Health Onsite manages employer sponsored health and wellness centers. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships with our patients. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a "number." Patients (ages 8 and up) may access a range of medical services including x-ray, onsite pharmacy, wellness services, and treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Enjoy a relaxed pace of only 12-15 patients a day and never have to worry about insurance or billing. Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured - we make prevention our number one goal. My Health Onsite providers are responsible for meeting, assessing and diagnosing patients in the health center, as well as prescribing patients with appropriate medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery, prevent future health issues and promote a healthier lifestyle. Providers must exemplify exceptional customer service to patients and empower them to take control of their own health. ***Possible Schedule (PRN)Ocala: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8a-5p, Wednesday 8a-6p, Friday 8a-4p*** **** Essential Responsibilities Perform physical examinations of patients, assessment and treatment of injuries or illnesses, including women’s health Order and interpret standard tests that will assist in diagnosing and treating patients Obtain, compile and record patient medical data, including health history, progress notes and results of physical examination Educate patients regarding their illness and treatment, including self-care, prevention, and health maintenance Document all assessments, actions, care and treatment responses, and communications in patient record in EMR Assist the medical staff with procedures and treatments Promote wellness educational programs Maintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care information **Minimum Qualifications Autonomous APRN** - Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university - Graduate of an accredited APRN program approved by the Florida Board of Nursing - 2+ years of clinical experience as an APRN, preferably in primary or urgent care setting - Current and unrestricted medical license (Florida) - Dispensing license (Florida) **or willing to obtain one prior to start date if hired** - DEA license - BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers - Autonomous APRN designation required **Minimum Qualifications Physician (MD\DO)** - Graduation from an accredited medical school - Board Eligible - Current and unrestricted Florida medical license - Dispensing license (Florida) **or willing to obtain one prior to start date if hired** - DEA license - BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers My Health Onsite is an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
