This position is responsible for managing the proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through submission, coordinating proposal activities across internal teams, writing and editing proposal content, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements, and maintaining proposal assets and documentation. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously. They should also be passionate about improving proposal processes through automation and AI-enabled tools while supporting business development initiatives that position KeenLogic for continued growth. *This is a full-time position for candidates located in the DMV area. The role is primarily remote, with preference for candidates who are open to working onsite at KeenLogic’s Herndon, VA office once per week.
