We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Property Project Manager (PPM) to oversee the acquisition, renovation, and property management of the Company's corporate (commercial) and private real estate in Bremen, Germany, and across multiple international locations (Singapore, Italy, Switzerland, etc.). PPM reports to the Senior Manager, Development & Construction. The ideal candidate is comfortable generating and managing complex projects, monitoring interim results vs contractual obligations, reviewing project status reports from contractors, controlling budget fulfilment, making on-site visits (various jurisdictions), and securing high-quality standards. On-site visits may be done depending on the project’s complexity, stage and existing resources in the respective locations. Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in Russian and other languages is beneficial. Duties and Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination Support the real estate management team by constantly monitoring the projects’ status and developing possibilities for the next steps in the projects Manage development and renovation projects from acquisition and early planning through completion in close coordination with the Line manager Search for contractors, negotiate project terms and timelines, track milestones and deliverables across multiple properties and countries remotely or in person (if needed) On behalf of the Company’s team, act as the central point of contact between the company, authorities, contractors, consultants, and service providers Support the acquisition team in gaining actual information and photo documentation from sites, including with the help of contractors Identify and implement contractual terms for the 3d party service providers Budgeting & Approval Processes Prepare preliminary budgets and cost estimates based on market research and preliminary tendering of the works Support internal budget approval processes and monitor expenditures Track variations, invoices, and overall cost alignment with approved budgets Property Assessment & Documentation Organize and manage condition assessments of different properties Compile structured photo and video documentation reports before, during, and after projects Maintain clear digital records of property conditions, progress updates, and decisions Contractor & Vendor Management Research, identify, and pre-select properties, contractors, architects, designers, and suppliers Request, compare, and analyse offers and proposals Coordinate tendering processes and support contractor selection in line with the existing procurement policies Monitor contractor performance, timelines, and compliance Give feedback on the potential contractors with preferences, strong and weak sides in their work Research & Market Analysis Conduct in-depth research on: Local development and renovation standards and approach Local market prices and benchmarks Regulatory and approval procedures in different jurisdictions Identify real estate opportunities, renovation potential, and improvement strategies in the C>O Group real estate portfolio Administrative & Reporting Tasks Prepare clear written reports, summaries, and presentations for the Line manager and other stakeholders Maintain structured digital filing systems for contracts, approvals, and documentation Ensure transparency and traceability of decisions and costs Qualifications and Experience: Essential Strong project management and organisational skills Proficiency in English and German; Russian language skills – as a benefit Research & analytical abilities High level of comfort working independently and remotely Very good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with digital tools (spreadsheets, document management, presentations) Ability to manage multiple projects across different countries and time zones Familiarity with budgeting, approvals, or procurement workflows Preferred (but not required) Technical knowledge in con…
