POSITION SUMMARY The Property Manager will lead the overall operations, financial performance, and resident experience across a portfolio of multifamily residential properties. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, driving occupancy and revenue, and ensuring a best-in-class living experience for residents. The Property Manager will oversee on-site teams, including leasing, maintenance, and concierge staff, while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in residential property management, team leadership, and delivering strong financial and operational results.
