Legacy is seeking a full-time Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple properties throughout the Greater Grand Rapids area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who is committed to providing exceptional service to residents. Key responsibilities include preparing move-in and move-out documentation, managing resident billing, completing month-end closing procedures, and processing work orders in a timely manner. The Property Manager will also supervise on-site staff, maintain accurate records and filing systems, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and agency standards.
