Property Maintenance Technician/Handyman

We're looking for a dependable, skilled Field Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems for homeowners. Responsibilities - Perform residential handyman repairs and maintenance - Install ceiling fans, light fixtures, faucets, toilets, and hardware - Install shelving, cabinets, trim, doors, and other finish carpentry - Patch drywall, texture, caulk, and complete minor painting - Replace smoke detectors, filters, weather stripping, and other preventative maintenance items - Pressure wash, clean gutters, perform dryer vent cleanings, and complete exterior maintenance - Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend solutions - Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site - Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff - Complete digital work orders with photos before and after each job Qualifications - 3+ years of residential handyman or construction experience preferred - Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and basic electrical work - Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders - Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialty equipment provided) Preferred Skills - Ceiling fan and light fixture installation - Cabinet installation and adjustments - Trim carpentry - Tile repairs - Fence and gate repairs - Basic drywall finishing - Pressure washing and exterior maintenance - Preventative home maintenance experience What We Offer - Competitive pay - Commission - Paid training - Company-provided branded apparel - Company vehicle (or mileage reimbursement if applicable) - Opportunity to grow into Lead Technician or Operations Manager - Stable, year-round work - Supportive, family-oriented team Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who shows up on time, takes ownership of their work, communicates well with customers, and enjoys leaving every home better than they found it.
