About the Role As Flow scales its real estate portfolio, the Property Controller will play a central role in powering that growth. This position is responsible for building and maintaining the financial infrastructure that supports an expanding portfolio of properties — ensuring accurate reporting, rigorous analysis, and seamless compliance as we add new assets and markets. You'll be a key financial partner to both internal teams and external operators, helping translate operational complexity into clear financial insight that drives smart decisions at scale.
