Property & Company Maintenance Coordinator / Handyman

We are seeking a dependable and organized **Property & Company Maintenance Coordinator / Handyman** to oversee the maintenance of our office, residential properties, and medical clinics. This is a hands-on position that combines general handyman work with vendor and property coordination. ## Responsibilities - Perform general handyman and basic maintenance repairs, including minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and other simple repairs. - Respond to maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved promptly. - Inspect properties and identify maintenance needs before they become major problems. - Source, schedule, and manage outside contractors and vendors for larger repair projects. - Oversee maintenance work to ensure quality and timely completion. - Maintain and organize maintenance records and service schedules. - Keep track of the rent log and assist with basic property management tasks. - Help maintain company offices, residential units, and medical clinics in excellent condition. - Coordinate with management regarding property needs, repairs, and ongoing projects. ## Qualifications - Previous experience in property maintenance, handyman services, facilities management, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to manage contractors and vendors effectively. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. - Professional attitude with strong attention to detail. ## Compensation & Benefits - Full-time position - Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Competitive salary of **$65,000–$85,000**, based on experience - Opportunity for long-term growth with a stable and growing company **We are hiring immediately and looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.#HRMDTPP**
