This position requires working onsite at our client's Headquarters in San Francisco, CA. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced, self-directed property operations professional to oversee a private family's residential properties across Stinson Beach, Bolinas, and Nicasio. This role requires Marin-area residency to ensure timely, hands-on service across all three locations. The ideal candidate brings a project management background paired with general maintenance and repair skills. You will manage property systems oversight, general repairs and maintenance, vendor coordination, county water and sewer administration, and vehicle upkeep for estate vehicles. This is a senior-level position suited to someone who combines technical competence with the discretion, judgment, and service orientation expected in a private household setting. A personal vehicle is required; mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate. RESPONSIBILITIES Experience overseeing residential properties, ideally across multiple sites Strong hands-on technical skills, with working knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) Scheduling and managing routine and preventative maintenance programs Coordinating repairs with contractors and vendors, identifying and addressing building system issues as they arise Experience overseeing renovation projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordination with general contractors Vendor and contractor management, including sourcing, scheduling, and quality oversight Familiarity with municipal and county water systems, septic, and/or sewer administration A project management mindset: organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and compliance issues Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with principals and household staff Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment consistent with private service in a UHNW household Reliable personal vehicle and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across multiple properties REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5-10 years of property management experience This position requires up to 75% travel Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Exceptional attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent follow-through and execution on tasks and projects Proven track record of reliability and dependability High level of professionalism in all interactions Absolute discretion and respect for privacy COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Concentric covers 100% of the premium on the PPO medical pl…
