We manage the ongoing service, maintenance, and performance of our features—ensuring the right people, parts, and plans are in place to execute seamlessly across the globe. ## Role Summary As **Project & Operations Coordinator**, you are responsible for keeping field operations moving—ensuring service technicians, parts, and equipment are aligned and deployed effectively across multiple active projects. This is a **high-touch, fast-paced coordination role** where communication, ownership, and follow-through are critical. You will serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams, helping connect schedules, resources, and priorities to drive execution. You will also support the Vice President and internal team by helping organize priorities, track progress, and ensure key initiatives move forward. ## Key Responsibilities **Project & Operations Coordination (≈ 80%)** - Coordinate scheduling and deployment of service technicians across multiple projects and global locations - Partner closely with the **Travel team** to align on technician schedules and ensure timely, accurate travel arrangements - Work with the **Procurement team** to track and expedite parts, equipment, and materials needed for field work - Monitor the status of parts and resources, ensuring everything is delivered where it needs to be—on time and ready for execution - Serve as a central communication hub across internal teams, field staff, and external partners - Capture action items, track ownership, and follow through to ensure deadlines and commitments are met - Track project timelines, identify potential delays, and proactively adjust plans to keep work on schedule - Escalate issues quickly and drive resolution by coordinating across the right teams - Maintain organized schedules, trackers, and project documentation **Team & Leadership Support (≈ 20%)** - Support the Vice President and team with coordination, planning, and follow-up on key priorities - Prepare updates, track progress, and help ensure alignment across ongoing initiatives - Coordinate meetings, communications, and internal team logistics - Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion ## Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or service-based environments - Proven ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting - Strong communicator who can confidently coordinate across teams, including travel, procurement, and field staff - Experience managing schedules, resource coordination, and operational workflows - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with scheduling or tracking tools is a plus - Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes ## Who You Are You bring urgency, clarity, and consistency to everything you do.
