We’re hiring a Project Manager – Temporary Structures Division , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of industrial temporary structure projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality installations that exceed customer expectations. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (additional hours and travel as project demands require) Travel : 45-50% Primary Responsibilities Manage multiple temporary structure projects from award through completion, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Coordinate field installation crews, subcontractors, transportation, and equipment to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of each project. Conduct pre-job planning, site visits, and project kickoff meetings to identify logistics, safety requirements, and project risks. Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating deliveries, equipment, and labor resources. Monitor project budgets, job costs, change orders, and project profitability. Ensure all installations comply with company standards, customer specifications, and applicable OSHA and site-specific safety requirements. Partner closely with the sales, operations, logistics, and service teams to provide seamless project execution. Track project progress, resolve field issues, and communicate updates to customers and leadership. Perform final project inspections and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve project execution, safety, and operational efficiency. Why EquipmentShare?
