The **Project Manager** independently applies extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. This role works on major projects and/or several projects of moderate scope with complex features. - Lead engineering design and project management for Facilities projects - Support senior leadership with business development activities and help strengthen client relationships - Interact directly with clients to ensure successful project delivery - Mentor and develop team members in both technical skills and professional growth - Assist with proposals, presentations, and participation in professional organizations and tradeshows - Ability to travel nationwide as needed. - Other duties as assigned/commensurate with a project manager role ## Qualifications Our ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with a team and diving into new challenges, and will have the following qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering (multiple disciplines) from an accredited institution - Professional Engineering license in area of expertise - 5+ years of progressively responsible work experience - Exceptional skills in team leadership, coordination, and support - Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with groups both internally and externally - Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel. Additional Preferred Experience/Skills: - Five years of demonstrated experience managing multiple clients and projects while overseeing a team, or teams, of people. ## Additional Information **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary depends on experience and expertise.
