Join the Subsurface Team We’re Hiring a Project Manager This is not a coordination-only role. At Subsurface, the Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall construction schedule, contractual risk, project quality, customer and employee satisfaction, and organizational profitability. You will serve as a key connection point between the client’s project team and Subsurface’s operations and management team, helping ensure that each project is planned, communicated, executed, billed, and closed out with discipline and accountability. The Mission Your mission is to manage geotechnical construction projects safely, profitably, and in alignment with contract, quality, schedule, and customer expectations. Success in this role means: Projects are planned and executed with safety as a priority. Revenue and gross profit goals are met. Contractual risk is understood, communicated, and managed. Crews, equipment, and superintendents are coordinated for proper execution. Products are built in accordance with quality standards. Project issues are identified early and resolved before they create work stoppage. Clients and internal teams can rely on your communication, organization, and follow-through.
