Project Manager - Plant Operations

This position is responsible for the overall facilities project management. The position is also responsible for upgrade of all buildings and equipment as well as responsibility for all physical plant improvements and infrastructure improvements as they relate to construction. The locations of responsibility are Little Co. of Mary Hospital, Del Amo Diagnostic Center, Little Co. of Mary Pavilion, Parnelli Jones Building. This position is also responsible for Valet and Parking Services for South Bay Ministries. This position oversees the contract with the parking management company and works with departments and employees to assist with communicating and/or parking solutions. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
