Project Manager

Required experience: GMP MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) PMP certification Preferred qualifications: Six Sigma certification/experience Nice-to-have experience: Serialization Labeling Key Responsibilities Schedule, manage meetings and issue notes from meetings Update project dashboard monthly (or as required) and draft/update charter, project for milestones, log any risk, etc. Manage internal steering meetings Coordinate activities with the team to address any related topics The Project Manager will be primarily responsible for managing at least one and likely multiple business transformation implementation projects. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for the project and manages all project activities including project kickoff meetings, recurring status meetings, executive sponsor meetings, reporting, and risk tracking. The Project Manager will work to manage resources to attain project deliverables and coordinate project communication for all stakeholders. Must-have Qualifications: PMP Can do spirit Problem solver Collaborative across a major company Working through a complex problem in a dynamic environment Manage stakeholders Preferred industry background/experience- Pharmaceuticals, Information technology, life sciences Nice-to-have Qualifications: Experience working in a regulated/validated environment is a significant plus.
