This would include development and monitoring of project charters, work plans, work breakdown schedules, project milestone and status reports, resource plans, budgets, etc. - This role must develop comprehensive communications strategies to ensure all appropriate team members and stakeholders across the districts are abreast of project issues and status. Provide regular feedback and exchange of information with other project leader(s), department heads, management members, and senior leadership - Proactively identify, track and resolve issues, risks and dependencies associated with projects managed, and communicate risks and issues to project team and senior leadership. Lead risk management identification and mitigation plans - Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. - Monitor multi mullion dollar operational budgets - Works within the Enrollment and Campus Planning department under the Chief Finanical Officer. Responsible for the management of 3 or more medium to large-sized, moderately to highly complex projects - Other duties as assigned **What You’ll Need:** - Bachelor’s Degree - Three (3+) plus years direct project management experience in planning, estimating/budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue management with complex projects. - Three (3+) plus years experience in education a plus- Preferred - Master's Degree - Preferred - Proficiency with Google products including docs, sheets, slides and gmail - Ability to assess appropriate priorities and organize workload on multiple assignments - Excellent interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Communicate diplomatically, persuasively, effective oral, written and presentation skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail - Ability to communicate effectively in a credible and confident manner at all levels in the organization, both orally and in writing - Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals, establish priorities, and organize resour…
