This role is ideal for someone with commercial construction experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing estimating, procurement, project administration, and customer communication. ## What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our commercial roofing projects stay organized, on schedule, and on budget by: - Coordinating material purchases, subcontractors, and supplier relationships - Preparing and reviewing detailed project estimates and material takeoffs - Supporting project from project award through closeout - Managing purchase orders, subcontracts, insurance certificates, and shop drawings - Monitoring project documentation, invoicing, change orders, and project profitability - Coordinating with project executive, superintendents, warehouse personnel, and vendors to keep projects moving - Participating in preconstruction meetings and procurement planning - Helping deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every phase of the project ## What We're Looking For - Minimum **3 years of commercial construction project coordination experience** - Roofing or commercial construction experience preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Experience with estimating, purchasing, and project administration - Ability to prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction ## Why Septagon?
