POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager oversees every detail of estimating costs and resources required to bid on and win residential and commercial construction contracts and provides the necessary support throughout the project life cycle to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The Project Manager is also responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with each of Elite Pipeline's customers to understand their preferences and requirements, enabling successful scoping, pricing, winning, and delivering profitable work. In addition to scoping, pricing, and bidding projects, the Project Manager is expected to be the main point of contact for all matters related to a project once a project is awarded, both internally and externally. The Project Manager tracks progress, prepares WIP billings, and addresses customer inquiries about progress and billing. Through close coordination with the production team and customers, the Estimator/Project Manager is critical to the successful execution of Rino’s Woodworking Shop’s quality furniture and service projects. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS The PM reports to the General Manager The PM partners with the Production Team to ensure a successful kick-off and hand-off of each of the projects
