We are looking for a proactive and highly organized **Project Manager to join our Marketing team** to lead and coordinate our real estate development projects for the **UAE market**. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, and overseeing everything related to the project—from website updates and marketing materials to printed collateral and day-to-day operational tasks. This is full-time office-based role with working schedule: **Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.** Office located in **Dubai Hills** or **Art of Living Mall.** Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate our construction projects or the UAE market - Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams - Coordinate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders - Monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials, and printed collateral - Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards - Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while keeping projects on track - 2+ years of experience in **Project Management** or **Product Management** - Fluent **English** (both written and spoken) - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is an advantage - Previous experience coordinating digital, marketing, or cross-functional projects is a plus - Competitive salary - Visa sponsorship - Medical insurance - Annual paid leave - Modern office - Opportunity to work on international real estate projects - Dynamic, fast-growing, and collaborative team - Professional growth and career development opportunities
