This role is responsible for overseeing and managing operational activities to ensure efficient execution, alignment with program objectives, and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. The position supports coordination across IT, logistics, security, procurement, subcontractor, and program management stakeholders to optimize operations, improve performance, and support continuous improvement. The role requires experience managing complex IT programs or projects with multiple places of performance worldwide, a dispersed workforce, frequent procurement of materials and equipment, and operational coordination across multiple functional areas. **Key Responsibilities** **Program Operations & Client Delivery** - Support operational activities within the program to ensure efficient execution of program objectives. - Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, procurement, contracts, and other stakeholders to support program delivery. - Ensure operational activities align with program policies, organizational goals, contractual requirements, and customer expectations. - Support the development and execution of proposed methodologies and approaches for projects or programs of similar scope and complexity. - Serve as a coordination point for operational issues, action items, and stakeholder requirements. - Maintain consistent billable utilization aligned with organizational and contract expectations. - Represent the organization professionally in all client and stakeholder engagements. **Project & Program Management** - Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage operational activities for IT projects and program workstreams. - Support execution of IT programs or projects with multiple places of performance worldwide. - Coordinate activities across a dispersed workforce to ensure timely execution of milestones and deliverables. - Manage project scope, schedule, cost, budget, resources, risks, and milestones as assigned. - Track project progress and proactively identify schedule, resource, procurement, staffing, and operational issues. - Coordinate with program leadership to resolve execution challenges and maintain operational continuity. - Support change management activities related to scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and operational requirements. **Portal, Process & Operational Support** - Support use, maintenance, and improvement of task order management portal(s), tracking tools, and operational reporting systems. - Monitor task order activities, status updates, documentation, and workflow execution. - Ensure p…
