## Description **Job Overview** **Lifetime Roof & Solar** is seeking a motivated and hands-on **Roofing & Decking Field Project Manager** to oversee residential roofing and decking projects from production through completion. This is a field-based leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, leading crews, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and our sales team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and prefer being on jobsites instead of behind a desk, we'd love to hear from you. **Responsibilities** - Manage residential roofing and decking projects from start to finish during the production phase. - Review project scopes to ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and ready before work begins. - Supervise crews and subcontractors on active jobsites. - Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to company quality standards. - Conduct project inspections and assist with permit closeouts. - Coordinate repair work and emergency service projects as needed. - Communicate project expectations, timelines, and updates with homeowners. - Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the construction process. - Maintain accountability for workmanship, productivity, and jobsite cleanliness. - Enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements. - Manage jobsite material inventory and coordinate replacement materials when necessary. - Document project progress, including photos, change orders, material shortages, and completion paperwork. - Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs and project success. - Promote a positive team culture and represent Lifetime Roof & Solar professionally. **Qualifications** - Experience in roofing, construction, field supervision, or project management required. - Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. - Ability to safely climb roofs and remain active throughout the workday. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. - Comfortable using mobile apps and technology for project documentation. - Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented. **\*\*MUST** - have **valid driver's license** - with a **clean driving record\*\*** **Compensation & Benefits** **Base Salary:** $60,000–$68,000 annually **Performance-Based Earnings:** - 10% commission on gross sales of repairs sold. - 2% commission on gross sales of full roof projects referred to the Lifetime sales team. **Benefits Include:** - Company vehicle, fuel card, and insurance. - Paid vacation, paid holidays and accrued sick time. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance. - Optional accident, critical illness, and life insurance. - 401(k) with company match. **Why Join Lifetime Roof & Solar?** At Lifetime Roof & Solar, we believe great projects start with great people.
