Project Manager

**Overview:** The Production Manager organizes and oversees the manufacturing of nationally branded meat products. You will ultimately be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. Ability to direct team members towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements - Oversee plant production line workers with an emphasis on teamwork, safety, and excellent practices to produce the highest quality products - Oversee and coordinate food production activities, planning work schedules, and assignments to meet production goals - Set clear expectations and goals for team members - Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production team members - Communicate effectively with team members and other management - Enforce compliance to company rules, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and fair working environment for plant workers - Critically monitor and review the daily line performance and make improvements or adjustments as needed **Other duties** Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
