Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to oversee projects from planning through completion while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced environment. **Location:** Winston, GA **Job Shift:** Day (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) **Pay Rate:** $40000.00+ (based on experiance) ### Key Duties: - Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish - Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets - Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project success - Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise - Assign tasks and provide direction to team members - Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget - Maintain accurate project documentation and reports - Conduct project meetings and provide status updates - Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions - Report project progress, quality concerns, and schedule updates to management ### Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of project management experience preferred - Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software - Basic budgeting and scheduling knowledge required - PMP certification is helpful but not required - Ability to work overtime or weekends when project demands require - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills If interested and meet the requirements, please give our office a call at **770-222-0087** or come by and onboard with us at **Labor Finders Austell, 5041 Dallas Hwy, Suite 404, Dallas, GA 30132.** **#JAZZHR1**
