Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead project planning sessions to determine scope and objectives. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and obtain project status updates. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in project management software tools. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
