About the Role We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex Cloud, Networking, Server, and Infrastructure Modernisation projects for clients across Australia. This role is ideal for a highly organised and client-focused professional who thrives on managing multiple infrastructure initiatives, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering projects from initiation through to successful completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with infrastructure engineers, cloud specialists, and technical teams to translate business requirements into structured project delivery plans while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Ideal Profile Experience & Project Delivery Proven experience managing end-to-end IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, or server migration projects Strong background delivering infrastructure transformation, cloud migration, and data centre modernisation initiatives Experience managing multiple concurrent infrastructure projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction Demonstrated success working within complex enterprise environments and coordinating cross-functional technical teams Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365) Experience managing projects involving server deployments, infrastructure upgrades, storage, virtualisation, networking, and disaster recovery Familiarity with enterprise networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switching, and wireless infrastructure Experience working with virtualisation platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V is highly desirable Exposure to Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop is advantageous Project Management & Methodologies Experience applying project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or Waterfall Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and delivery governance Experience managing infrastructure cutovers, migration planning, change management, and technical implementation activities Relevant Project Management or Microsoft certifications are highly regarded Communication & Stakeholder Management Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels, from technical engineers to executive leadership Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution planning capabilities Ability to translate business and technical requirements into structured project plans and actionable delivery outcomes Personal Attributes Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments with evolving technical requirements Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional project outcomes Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Lead the end-to-end delivery of Cloud, Networking, Server, Infrastructure, and Technology Modernisation projects Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resour…
