Mentors Project Coordinators. - Product Actions: Accountable for project results. - Project Artifacts: Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.). - Project Governance: Lead project meetings and reviews. - Project Life Cycle: Accountable for project gates and deliverables. **Key Skills:** - Leadership (Empathy/ Influence/Mentoring): Inspires and motivates teams to achieve project goals. Manages stakeholder expectations and ensures alignment on goals. - Stakeholder Management (upward): Engages stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Addresses stakeholder concerns, manages expectations, and balances competing priorities. Builds and maintains relationships to secure stakeholder buy-in. - Risk Management: Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develops contingency plans and addresses potential obstacles. Monitors and addresses risks to minimize negative and maximize positive impacts on project objectives. - Problem-Solving: Analyzes complex situations, identifies solutions, and makes informed decisions, with the support of the Program Manager or PMO Leader. Manages challenges and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Leverages data and metrics to evaluate options and choose the best course of action. - Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to estimate, allocate, and manage project budgets effectively.
