Mentors Project Coordinators. - Product Actions: Accountable for project results. - Project Artifacts: Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.). - Project Governance: Lead project meetings and reviews. - Project Life Cycle: Accountable for project gates and deliverables. **Key Skills:** - Leadership (Empathy/ Influence/Mentoring): Inspires and motivates teams to achieve project goals. Builds trust, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration among team members. Takes personal ownership of the project and drives commitment from team members. - Time Management / Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage schedules, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes. Prioritizes tasks and effectively addresses competing demands. - Communication: Effectively conveys project information to stakeholders, team members, and sponsors. Tailors' communication to different audiences (e.g., executives, technical teams, clients). Manages stakeholder expectations and ensures alignment on goals. - Stakeholder Management (upward): Engages stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Addresses stakeholder concerns, manages expectations, and balances competing priorities. Builds and maintains relationships to secure stakeholder buy-in. - Risk Management: Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develops contingency plans and addresses potential obstacles. Monitors and addresses risks to minimize negative and maximize positive impacts on project objectives. - Problem-Solving: Analyzes complex situations, identifies solutions, and makes informed decisions, with the support of the Program Manager or PMO Leader. Manages challenges and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Leverages data and metrics to evaluate options and choose the best course of action. - Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to estimate, allocate, and manage project budgets effectively.
