In this role, you will report directly to the **Head of Product Development for the US** and serve as the operational backbone for new business initiatives, strategic product expansions, and high-stakes pitches. Gather internal resources, assign tasks, and compile materials to ensure we deliver winning presentations on time. - Knowledge & Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and audit the department’s repository of case studies, pitch decks, and templates to ensure the team has instant access to up-to-date, client-ready materials. - Market Analysis & Insights: Help coordinate research and analysis of new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to support growth decisions. - Strategic Collaboration: Actively participate in strategic discussions regarding new business directions and product development pathways, taking actionable notes and driving next steps. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between the US Product Head and internal teams (creative, data, strategy) to ensure project milestones are met. **Skills & experience** - Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, account management, or growth marketing (agency or tech environment is a plus). - Location: US-based. Miami, FL is highly preferred (hybrid/local), but we are open to remote candidates in other major US cities. - Education/Communication: Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you will be proofreading pitches and client-facing decks. - Industry Passion: A deep interest in and up-to-date knowledge of social media marketing, creator economy trends, and digital platforms. - AI Literacy & Leverage: Proven ability to leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or platform-native AI features) to accelerate workflows, draft content, summarize market research, or streamline presentation building. - Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
