**Project Manager (Federal IT / Microsoft Cloud)** **Location:** **Remote Work Authorization: US Citizen** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to lead the delivery of enterprise Microsoft cloud and IT support services for a Federal Government client. The successful candidate will oversee contract execution, manage project schedules, coordinate technical teams, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of project objectives using Agile methodologies. **Responsibilities** - Manage overall contract performance and project delivery. - Lead Agile/Scrum planning and sprint activities. - Coordinate technical and administrative teams. - Track schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables. - Prepare executive status reports and project documentation. - Ensure quality assurance and continuous service improvement. - Serve as the primary customer point of contact. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related field. - 8+ years managing enterprise IT or Microsoft cloud projects. - 5+ years managing Federal Government IT contracts. - Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. - Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. **Preferred Certifications** - PMP - PMI-ACP - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour **Mission Statement** Softthink Solutions’ mission is to drive continuous innovation in IT services by prioritizing product development and implementing trustworthy computing practices.
