Project Manager - Events MREP

At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests. **THE JOB:** It is the primary responsibility of the Project Manager to preemptively organize and execute on events for mid-sized corporate, social and in-house clients, by defining objectives, managing budgets, effectively executing tasks and providing technical solutions. Serving as a primary contact for clients and working alongside Account Managers during the pre-planning phase through execution of programs post-sale, Project Managers play a key role in achieving revenue targets and managing the client experience throughout the duration of their program. **THE DAY-TO-DAY:** - Manages and oversees all event logistics, operation and timelines direct with clients based on the overall scope of mid-sized and small events - Manages operational meetings for internal teams and vendors and ensures all communication loops are closed between all parties - Manages the execution of events from the end of pre-planning.
