This position will represent Energy Trust in public settings and potentially at community events. We are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington. The Project Manager – Evaluation and Planning would be expected to report to the office on a quarterly basis, at minimum. **What We’re Looking For:** The Evaluation Project Manager designs, plans, develops, and manages qualitative and quantitative evaluations of Energy Trust’s programs, initiatives, and pilots, as well as market research. These projects are conducted by outside contractors and by Energy Trust staff. This role coordinates with other Energy Trust departments and programs to access data and meet their informational needs. Additionally, this role interprets research results for use in program planning, design, and estimation of savings/generation; recommends program design and implementation improvements based on research results; and represents Energy Trust in collaborative regional and national projects. This position is remote but expected to report to the Portland office quarterly, at a minimum, for all-staff meetings and other in-person meetings. **What You’ll Do:** - Design, develop, and manage quantitative and qualitative market research and evaluation projects including data management and analysis.
