Apply today and help us shape the future of work—together What is the role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Audio Visual (AV) and Multimedia technology projects across Asia Pacific for a global corporate client. Based in our client’s site in Singapore and working full time, this role is ideal for someone with a strong background in AV systems, workplace technology, and project delivery. You'll oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design coordination through implementation, testing, and project closeout, ensuring successful delivery of premium collaboration and multimedia spaces. Manage end-to-end AV and multimedia projects across the Asia Pacific region Gather client and business requirements and translate them into technology solutions Review floor plans, room layouts, and AV requirements with stakeholders and project teams Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and Statements of Work Coordinate with architects, interior designers, AV integrators, vendors, and internal teams Lead RFP and vendor selection activities, including bid reviews and commercial discussions Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, change requests, and project reporting Oversee deployment of meeting room technologies, collaboration platforms, digital signage, IPTV, and multimedia solutions Conduct site inspections and ensure installations meet quality and technical standards Coordinate testing, commissioning, user training, operational handovers, and project closeout activities Maintain project documentation, asset records, and project trackers throughout the lifecycle Work Set-up / Work Schedule Onsite Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM Who we are looking for Successful candidate must possess: 7-10+ years of experience managing, designing, or delivering enterprise Audio Visual (AV) projects Strong understanding of AV systems, multimedia technologies, and workplace collaboration solutions Experience managing complex technology deployments across multiple stakeholders Knowledge of AV integration, commissioning, centralized control systems, and room technologies Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning skills Experience working with vendors, procurement teams, and third-party integrators Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Highly Regarded Experience delivering AV projects for multinational corporate environments Experience with Zoom Rooms, Digital Signage, IPTV, and meeting room technologies Familiarity with workplace technology and smart office environments Experience using Ariba, SharePoint, and project management tools Understanding of AV standards, network-enabled AV devices, and enterprise collaboration technologies What we offer A friendly team environment with a strong technical support network Broad range of options for training and developing your IT skills Opportunity to work with the IT industry's latest technologies #LI-AN1 New Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries (“New Era” “we”, “us”, o…
