We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager. In this position you will lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects across all phases from schematic design to construction administration. This role requires a combination of architectural expertise, project management skills, and leadership ability to coordinate design teams, contractors, consultants, and clients. Experience working across multiple sectors; multifamily, mixed use, hospitality, and commercial. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through final construction - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure objectives are met - Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans - In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing - Solid understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes - Oversee production of design and construction documents - Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and manage change orders during construction - Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress for quality assurance - Manage client communication, project scope, and expectations - Lead internal design coordination and consultant management meetings - Mentor and guide junior architects and project staff **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture - 10+ years of progressive experience, leading architectural project teams - Registered Architect or activity perusing licensure preferred - Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes - Understanding of MEP, structural, and civil coordination - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Collaborative and flexible workstyle - Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability - Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines **Why Arrowstreet?** Our culture is a core part of who we are.
