We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. ## Responsibilities The client requires a Project Manager under the FAST contract to provide senior-level project management support for complex, enterprise-level initiatives. The resource will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating project activities, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams. This role ensures successful delivery of projects by maintaining alignment with client objectives, governance standards, and established project management methodologies. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and communication components. - Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment and execution of project activities. - Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and risks. - Facilitate stakeholder engagement, meetings, and status reporting to ensure clear communication and transparency. - Manage project scope changes through formal change control processes and ensure governance compliance. - Oversee vendor performance and deliverables when external contractors are involved. - Ensure adherence to client's policies, state procurement requirements, and FAST contract guidelines. - Support project documentation, reporting, and administrative requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive project closure activities, including final reporting, deliverable acceptance, and lessons learned documentation. **Location of job: Onsite up to four days per week.
