As a Senior Project Analyst , your mission will be to manage the project portfolio, ensure the successful execution of projects aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, and promote governance, standardization, and continuous process improvement. What your day-to-day will look like Managing the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals; Planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards; Coordinating the activities of cross-functional project teams while fostering effective communication among stakeholders; Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper prioritization and efficient resource allocation; Performing project risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and impacts; Ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.); Preparing and presenting executive reports on the status of the project portfolio to senior leadership; Delivering project status updates during management meetings with clarity and objectivity; Supporting project governance by driving continuous process improvement and standardizing project management methodologies; Partnering with Business and IT teams to ensure projects deliver maximum business value. What you need to shine in this role Proven experience in project and project portfolio management; Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.); Experience with project and portfolio governance; Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Monday, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar; Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills; Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders; Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency. Bonus points if you have It is desirable to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
