Project Foreman (GPC)

**Great Place Construction** is a private construction firm that specializes in commercial construction. We are seeking a Project Foreman to join our team to facilitate, analyze and manage field labor forces as part of the on-site supervisory team. If you are driven to succeed, want to elevate yourself and those around you, and want to grow with a growing company, we want you! **DUTIES:** - Provide direct supervision, guidance and instruction to the field team under you. - Lead production with a focus on quality and safety with a basic understanding of project information and company policies while actively participating in producing these results - Provide leadership, training and coaching to the team members under you in your area of expertise - Communicate with balance of site supervision team to meet daily project demands/schedule - Facilitate process by coordination/procurement of material, equipment and manpower - Be an active participant in elevating the project team and expanding your knowledge/responsibility. - Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome. - Multiple specialties available including; concrete, carpentry, etc. **REQUIREMENTS:** - Excellent communication skills - Ability to lead and train those around you. - Ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels. - Ability to read and interpret project documents relevant to your to your specialty - Minimum 3 years of related experience with 1 of those years being in a leadership position - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Valid DL and good driving record **BENEFITS TO YOU:** Our Full-Time employees enjoy full medical, dental and vision insurance.
