**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** In this role, you’re a trusted leader and relationship builder, representing Choate Construction with clients, architects, engineers, and partners while growing long‑term relationships that lead to successful projects and repeat work. You’ll lead and support multiple project teams from preconstruction through closeout, setting clear expectations around safety, quality, schedule, and cost, while mentoring and developing team members along the way. Working closely with Preconstruction and Operations, you’ll help shape pursuit strategies, oversee contracts and risk, and ensure financial discipline that protects both client and company interests.
