You will provide executive leadership across preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout—driving schedule certainty, quality, cost control, and stakeholder alignment for the region’s most complex urban developments. Lead the full project lifecycle for luxury, high‑rise towers, balancing constructability, and commercial performance. Serve as the primary executive interface with the owner, design partners, trade contractors, and internal teams. Direct a large, multi‑disciplinary team to deliver on safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets in a dense urban environment. **Key Responsibilities** Strategic Leadership & Governance - Set project vision, success measures, and operating cadence; implement executive-level risk management and decision frameworks. - Chair executive progress reviews; forecast outcomes and drive early, decisive interventions. Commercial Management - Oversee design development, value management, packaging strategy, and market engagement/CM-at-Risk environment. - Lead procurement and contract negotiations; ensure robust change management and claims mitigation. Schedule, Logistics & Construction Excellence - Own the master schedule from siteworks through TCO/CO; optimize vertical logistics (cranes, hoists, concrete cycle, jump form). - Drive structural concrete sequencing, MEP integration, façade interfaces, and interior fit‑out with disciplined pull‑planning and 4D/5D tools. Quality, Safety & Commissioning - Champion a zero‑incident culture and rigorous QA/QC; align inspection, mock‑ups, and testing with acceptance criteria. - Lead commissioning/turnover for MEP systems and smart‑building features; secure TCO and final CO. Stakeholder & Community Management - Manage executive relationships with the owner, lenders, insurers, and authorities having jurisdiction (City of Miami, Miami‑Dade). - Coordinate permitting, inspections, and compliance under the Florida Building Code; integrate resilience for hurricane and high‑wind conditions.
