Project Director - Data Centers (f/m/d)

With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together. **Role description:** Arcadis is looking for a **Project Director - Data Centers (f/m/d)** to join our team in **Spain** and a major project for a recognized client. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Project Management managing large size projects especially **Data Centers**, technical background, and good personal soft skills and leadership. The role will be responsible of operationally deliver/manage (sub)projects in line with budgetary, compliance, regulatory and planning controls within required standards of quality, delivery, and safety. **Role accountabilities:** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Deliver monodisciplinary projects or subprojects in multidisciplinary projects (follow up and manage financial targets, highlight deviations and quality assurance) - Lead the definition (scope) and implementation of projects (plans, technical information and specifics of the project, planning) - Contribute to cross discipline collaboration - Leading project staff involved and help with complex decision making during the delivery of the project - Internal and external coordination, maintaining and expanding network and client relationship - Advise on (sub)project related issues and have a fluent relationship with the project client and the different parts od the project (ex. Suppliers, contractors, etc) - Represent the culture and brand of Arcadis (ambassadorship) especially applying the Arcadis Way Standard for project management **Qualifications & Experience:** - Project Management skills, experience in Data Centres will be especially valued - Technical background: B.S. in Architecture/Building Engineering/Engineering - PMP certification will be especially appreciated - Advanced Spanish and English language skills - Availability to travel within Spain and work onsite **Why Arcadis?** We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
