Project Coordinator

## Overview **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate and oversee quality and containment activities on-site. - Support mechanical rework operations and ensure adherence to specifications. - Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and inspectors to maintain workflow and resolve issues. - Ensure project documentation, reports, and quality records are accurate and timely. - Assist with site launch activities, including setup, training, and process validation. - Provide direction and support to small teams to achieve project goals. - Maintain flexibility to meet production demands, including overtime and weekend work as needed. ## Requirements - **Minimum 2 years** of experience in **Quality and Containment** supervisory roles. - **Mechanical or Rework experience** required. - **Engineering background or education** preferred (not required). - Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. - Must be flexible to work varying hours, overtime, and weekends as needed. **** **Education** · **Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering**, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related engineering or technical field. Or equivalent 5-7 years’ experience.
