Project Coordinator

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the implementation of projects and client communications from the deposit to final payment. Your main purpose is to ensure the client experience is top notch and they are 100% satisfied throughout the project while producing your job on time and on budget. Monitor monthly production numbers, consistently discussing them with management. - Respond to all client questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner. - Conduct or coordinate pre-project inspection of the job site. - Address issues before they arise or escalate. - Clarify job scope and customer contract with the sales team. - Identify the resources needed to complete each project. Communicate with the Internal Production Coordinator to ensure ordering happens. - Review finished projects with clients, address any last concerns or punch list items, and secure final payment in a timely manner. - Complete and submit all project documentation. - Implement new procedures and refine old procedures for increased efficiency. - Serve as the first point of contact for clients or prospects. - Ensure all client review materials are in place and completed. - Introduce and promote products and services appropriate to client needs. - Evaluate the customer's point of view and suggest alternatives, recommendations and solutions. - Follow established policies, practices and procedures and provide feedback for improvements. - Collect payment from clients. - Adhere to the department policies and procedures for client requests, changes in project scope and real time project changes. ### Requirements - 3+ years of experience in project management, construction management, production coordination, operations, or a related field, preferably within residential construction, remodeling, HVAC, weatherization, or home services. - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. - Experience working directly with customers throughout a construction or service project, including resolving concerns and maintaining posit…
